1. Applicability and Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all business relationships between A2Z-HOME (hereinafter referred to as “A2Z-HOME”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) concerning products purchased through the website [www.a2z-home.ch] (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Shop” or “Website”), by catalogue order, in stores, or through platforms.

Our offers, services, products, and deliveries are provided exclusively on the basis of the currently applicable GTC and our Privacy Policy. These GTC and the Privacy Policy also apply to all future business relationships, even if they are not expressly agreed upon again.

Any general terms and conditions of the customer that differ from or conflict with these GTC are not accepted.

A2Z-HOME reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. Changes shall take effect upon publication of the updated GTC on the website. The version of the GTC applicable to an order shall be the version in force at the time the Buyer submits the binding order.

The contractual language is exclusively German. In the event of discrepancies between the German and French versions, the German version shall prevail.

By submitting a binding order, the Buyer confirms that they have the legal capacity to agree and are at least 18 years old, or, in the case of an order placed on behalf of a company, that they have the necessary authority to represent the company.
