Refund policy
🛒 Subject Matter of the Contract
- The website www.a2z-home.ch sells goods to customers subject to these General Terms and Conditions.
- These terms apply to all orders placed by telephone, in writing, or via the Internet.
✍️ Conclusion of the Contract
A contract is concluded when:
- You place an order; and
- www.a2z-home.ch accepts the order by:
- sending an order confirmation by email or post, or
- delivering the goods.
🔒 Retention of Title
- The goods remain the property of www.a2z-home.ch until they have been paid for in full.
- In the event of non-payment, the company www.a2z-home.ch may:
- withdraw from the contract; and
- demand the return of the goods.
🛠️ Warranty and Liability
- Warranty: 24 months from the date of purchase.
- Defects must be reported within 14 working days.
- In the event of defects:
repair or replacement will be provided;
if this is not possible, a replacement product or credit note will be provided. - The warranty becomes void in cases of:
- repairs carried out by the customer;
- modifications made without the company's consent.
- No liability is assumed for:
- improper use;
- normal wear and tear;
- consequential damages.
🔄 Returns and Exchanges
- 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
The goods must be:
- unused; and
- in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In the event of damage, an amount may be deducted from the refund.

Designs, texts, and images belong to www.a2z-home.ch.
Copying or distributing them is permitted only with written authorization.
⚖️ Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Swiss law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Schaffhausen, Switzerland.

Only these General Terms and Conditions apply, even if customers have their own terms and conditions.
If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
The company reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions at any time.
